Please note I am not a medical professional.

My advice comes from first-hand experience as an ADHD person myself. Using visual progression tracking and goal prioritisation methods, you can develop a useful strategy to override your weaknesses as a person with ADHD.

Step 1: Get to know yourself (How do you normally get things done?)
Step 2: Be Kind to yourself (Be realistic and stop pushing yourself so hard)
Step 3: Break down End-Goals into small, easier achievements to avoid overwhelm
Step 4: Compare your current position to your past position: Where are you now?

Please be aware that I am not a physician.

As an ADHD person, I know firsthand what it is like to give advice. You can use visual progression tracking and goal prioritisation to develop a strategy that will help you overcome your ADHD weaknesses.

Step 1: Get to Know You (How do YOU normally accomplish things? )
Step 2: Be kind to yourself (Be realistic, and stop pushing yourself )
).Step 3: Reduce End-Goals into smaller, more manageable achievements to avoid overwhelming
Step 4: Compare your current situation to your previous position: Where are your strengths and weaknesses?
