Many people are surprised to learn they have ADD after many years of struggling to stay organised, consistent and punctual. Not all cases are easy to diagnose because many people with ADHD don’t display traits of hyperactivity, which can leave many left behind and ruled out. If you suspect you have any of the symptoms, it may be worthwhile getting a psychiatry specialist to examine you for peace of mind.
In this video, I’ll share with you my experience, common symptoms, and an overview of the diagnostic criteria professionals use to determine if you have ADHD.

ADHD medications have been linked to a host of problematic side effects including gynocomastia and heart problems, but one of the biggest dangers with these medications is that some of them are now being linked to suicidal thoughts and actions in teenagers - the largest group taking these pills. Farron Cousins, Ring of Fire, discusses with Robert Price the dangers of Concerta, an ADHD medication.

There are many strengths that go along with our ADHD symptoms. There are many strengths that you can express and which ones you might have. It all depends on your individual situation.
To be clear, ADHD is NOT a legitimate disorder. I'm not suggesting that we should avoid treatment. I'm on Vyvanse and believe in multimodal treatment to help us overcome our challenges and find our strengths.
