Treating adult ADHD without medication? | ADD treatment

featured image

Hi Everyone!
In this video I wanted to address something that was always bugging me about some of the answers, that I was getting prior to getting a proper adult ADHD treatment – the idea that you can treat it without any medication.

I absolutetly agree, that many of the techniques recommended in these circles are terrific for increasing the quality of your life, but they are the answer to a different problem.

btw. , the intro picture is the only thing left of my previous recording attempt 😀

3 Easy Steps for ADHD Organization | ADHD Skills Part 3

featured image

Disorganization causes a lot of frustration and wasted time looking for things. And it can frustrate the people around you. Here are 3 steps to keep up with your stuff – Place, Retrieve and Return.
See my ADHD Skills playlist for more: />
The starting point for organization is making a place for everything. Even small things have a designated place. This can be a drawer for your pens, a container for your mail and a hook for your keys.

When you have organizational problems, the tendency is to want to keep things within reach. So you may have a lot of clutter lying about, but you feel you need it to look like that so you can keep up with things. Well when you are assigning your places, you do want to have the things you use most often in the most convenient place or within easy view. But the placement of things needs to be a little more intentional.

Once you decide where things should go, you have to commit to putting them back in their place right after you use them. So when you need something, you go retrieve it from it’s place, then you immediately return it when you’re done.

After quite a while, finally the updated version of my experience with Strattera and it´s result as an adult ADHD treatment.

I hope noone minds the upbeat vibe I chose for the video, as after all, discovering ADHD and having the ability to treat it, can be one of the biggest gifts you ever receive. It is such a relief to start thinking like other people, after being in the dark for decades.

Never use any kind of medication without PROPER reason and PROPER diagnosis, be it for physical problems or psychiatric ones!

3 Easy Steps for ADHD Organization | ADHD Skills Part 3

featured image

Disorganization causes a lot of frustration and wasted time looking for things. It can also frustrate those around you. These are three steps to help you keep up with your stuff: Place, Retrieve, and Return.
Check out my ADHD Skills playlist to see more.
Organization starts with a place for everything. Even the smallest items have a place. It can be a drawer to store your pens, mail container or hook for your keys.

If you are having organizational issues, your natural instinct is to try to keep everything within reach. You may have lots of clutter, but you want it to be manageable. When you assign your places, it is important to place the items you use the most frequently in the most convenient location or view. However, you need to place things in a more deliberate manner.

After you’ve decided where you want things to go, you must commit to putting them back there when you are done using them. When you have a need for something, you first go to its place and then return it immediately after you are done.

Check out my free webinar that will show you exactly how to reduce ADHD symptoms naturally -

Many parents of ADHD children are afraid to try "another"

It makes perfect sense. Many have tried so many ADHD treatments and none of them worked.

Others have tried medication. Some have tried medication. Others tried parenting techniques and supplements.

It can be difficult to parent a child with ADHD.

This is why I would like to speak directly with one of our parents about why she decided to give our program a try and what she feels now. You can listen to her story right now.
