You can count down from 100, and focus on the good times that you have had, or any other distractions that might be helpful. *Don’t be around people who stress you out. Negative friends are a great influence on anxiety. These people only increase your anxiety and cause stress. Aromatherapy can be a great option if you are having trouble relaxing. Aromatherapy can be used to ease your mood by inhaling aromas from many flowers and herbs. Peppermint, bay and anise essential oils are some examples of scents that can be effective.
