I finally was able to find the one tactic of how to to study with ADHD that made all the difference in the world for me that got me through college and medical school!

In this video I share with you my story and struggle of finding that answer and what that one tactic is and how to apply it within your class and outside of class when you are studying especially for big exams like final exams!
