At what point does feeling anxious become an indicator of something deeper going on?

In this video I’m going to be explaining how and why everyday anxiety becomes an anxiety disorder and what we can do to stop it happening.

I’m Tim Box. I’m a mind coach and for the last 12 years or so, I’ve been working with people to help them overcome all sorts of emotional and psychological issues, and in particular helping them get control of anxiety.

Many of you clicking on this video have stumbled across what I do via the TED talk a gave a couple of years ago entitled ‘how to stop feeling anxious about anxiety’.
In that talk I suggest that the main reason we become excessively anxious is because we’ve been told anxiety is an illness rather than just an emotional response.

I have a lot of people messaging me asking if the advice in the TED talk is purely for those experiencing ‘normal’ anxiety or if it also applies to people with anxiety disorders.

In this video I answer that question.

Chapters:
00: 00 – Introduction
00: 39 – About my TED talk
02: 05 – Why do we feel anxious?
03: 04 – Why Does Anxiety Get Out of Control?
04: 58 – The Point Our Anxiety Response Becomes Disordered

These are the top 5 best prescription weight loss medications on the market. These weight loss meds actually work and I've personally used them on many patients with success.

I've been helping people lose weight for a long time and over the years I've been able to test many different weight loss medications. I've found that while there are many prescription weight loss medications available, only a handful actually work very well.

In this video, I will walk you through the top 5 best prescription weight loss medications available on the market, which ones I prefer to use, what you can expect while using them, how they work, and more.

Before you jump in, make sure you understand that while prescription weight loss medications can be very effective, you should never just use them by themselves. If you are serious about weight loss you should combine these weight loss medications with other changes such as adjusting your diet, reducing your stress, exercising daily, and balancing your other hormones.

If your plan is to jump on one of these medications and lose a bunch of weight, it's probably not going to happen!

But these medications can be very effective if used correctly and if combined with a healthy lifestyle.

The top 5 best prescription medications for weight loss include:

#1. Saxenda/Victoza
Saxenda is FDA approved for weight loss and is probably the single most effective medication on this list.

#2. Invokana/Farxiga
Invokana and Farxiga are not FDA approved for weight loss but they can help. They work by helping your body eliminate or pee out sugar from your kidneys.

#3. Naltrexone
Naltrexone is a part of one FDA approved weight loss medication known as Contrave. Naltrexone is not as effective as the others but it is very safe.

#4. Metformin
Metformin is commonly used to treat diabetes but it does have some weight loss benefits. Don't expect much from metformin though because many people are already taking it.

#5. Phentermine
Phentermine helps with weight loss by reducing your appetite and increasing up your metabolism. It only works if it is used correctly, however, so don't just jump on it without understanding how to use it.

For the person that would now not comprise ADD and you’re in a relationship, coping with these complications would possibly perhaps presumably perhaps presumably well be very complicated and frustrating.

6. Produce time buffers.

Impatience is a feature of ADHD. In general a person with ADD would pretty whisk into an match unhurried, than attain early and comprise all this inactive time to extinguish. So if the premise of wasting time being early sounds painful, idea
to snatch something with you to withhold you occupied.

For the Accomplice without ADHD I indubitably comprise 5 pointers:

3 Anxiety Symptoms That You SHOULD NOT Ignore

featured image

> Need help with your Anxiety? Get help from our sponsor: h

Anxiety can be described as a feeling of unease such as worry, fear or worry. It can be either mild or severe.

Anxiety sufferers often describe how difficult it is to deal with anxiety.

Anxiety can cause emotional drain.

Anxiety can also drain your energy.

These are three anxiety symptoms that you should not ignore.

These symptoms should be reported immediately to your doctor if you are experiencing any of them.

1. HEADACHES

Yes, anxiety can manifest as unwanted physical symptoms.

Headaches are often caused by stress, which can cause muscle tension around the head.

It is important to mention that caffeine in other beverages, such as tea or coffee, can worsen this condition.

If you are suffering from constant headaches, it could be anxiety.

2. MOODINESS

Our brains are flooded with anxious thoughts and we lose patience when it comes to things that require our attention.

You might snap at someone or something when they need your attention.

Do you feel moody? Do you get easily upset?

Are you more moody than others?

Are you prone to shouting or having a lot of fun with others?

This could be an indication that you are suffering from anxiety.

3. DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS

Poor digestion has been linked directly to anxiety, as well as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

The digestive system is often affected by a brain that is “not right”.

The gastrointestinal tract is responsible for producing between 80 and 90% of brain’s “calming” neurotransmitter serotonin.

This leads to two things: poor digestion and inefficient serotonin production.

Are you having trouble with digestion?

Is IBS a problem?

It could be due to anxiety.

Here are some quick, helpful tips on dealing with anxiety:
1. A balanced diet can help you avoid anxiety.
2. Exercise – Although it can be hard to stick to a routine, there are few activities that are more effective in relieving anxiety symptoms.
3. A schedule is important – anxiety can throw off any attempts at organization. A schedule and the ability to write things down can be helpful in getting things done.
