Seafood is one way to help manage ADHD symptoms.
If your child is diagnosed with Attention deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), you're not the only one. One in twenty children suffer from this mental disorder. ADHD can be described as hyperactivity, impulsive behavior and difficulty focusing for a long time or staying still for a prolonged period. ADHD can be seen in girls and boys, but it is more common in boys.

ADHD symptoms can be managed with diet. This blog will focus on the possible beneficial effects of including seafood such as Safcol Seafood to improve brain function and behaviour in children with ADHD.
