Well from my experience from all the jobs I have done over the years there are definitely jobs that were better for my ADHD and ones that were not.

In this video I go over what are the best jobs for your ADHD brain. I break it down to different types of jobs and give examples along with my personal experience with many of them. I hope you can find this video helpful as you are trying to find a job that fits for your ADHD.

Psychiatrist Dr. Edward Fruitman, M.D., Medical Director of Trifecta Health, explains the differences between ADD/ ADHD Medications: Adderall and Ritalin.

Dr. Fruitman is often asked, "How do you choose the right medication?" This is a look at the thought process behind selecting the right medication.

Adderall and Ritalin are both in the same stimulant group. The patient's attitude and preference towards each drug is a key component in choosing the right drug. It won't work if a patient doesn’t take their medication.

It is important to find out the patient's past experience with each drug. Dr. Fruitman suggests that patients should start with a low dose and an extended release form. Adderall is good for motivation, Ritalin for over-stimulation.

Both these drugs have been proven to be effective in treating ADD/ADHD. When deciding on a treatment plan, the most important thing is to choose the right dosage.

Trifecta Health offers expert consultations and can help you get started with your symptoms.
