Do you know about the importance of reflex integration? These tiny movements, which each one of us makes as infants, are the foundation for our growth into functional adults. Many children are not able to make these movements, and they are resulting in ADHD-like behaviors.

The good news is that these movements can be reintroduced anytime, even for adults. Sonia Story, an expert on these movements, shares her knowledge with me about how important they are for development and helping our children get unstuck.

Sonia shares
in this video The three key things parents should know about
- -Rhythmic movement
- -Innate reflex movement
- -Sensory processing
