That’s what we call Daily Decision Fatigue – DDF. Modern society has conditioned you to spend too much time, energy and effort focusing on things that don’t ultimately matter. You have a limited capacity for managing all of this info and making decisions related to it, so when you allow your attention to be seized by things that don’t serve you and don’t add value to your life, you are certain to feel the effects of DDF.
