In this video, my guest shares his subjective experience with Adderall addiction, a commonly prescribed amphetamine for ADHD. He goes over the effects of the substance including the Adderall high and notorious Adderall comedown. Speed addiction can cause a ton of problems and lead to an unmanageable life. If you struggle with an Adderall problem or Vyvanse addiction it’s never too late to reach out for help. Quitting Adderall and staying sober is possible as our guest demonstrates. No matter how addicted to Adderall you are – there is hope.

The types of anxiety disorders include panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, and generalized anxiety disorder. We have a playlist for it here: Do you find yourself being anxious most of the time? Then perhaps, it's time to get professional help.

If you suspect you might have anxiety, and you want to get it diagnosed, we recommend finding professional help.

We want to remind you that you're not alone. To remind you that, we also made a video on the things people with anxiety secretly do alone: E
