Armando discusses the difficulty with learning during his early life with undiagnosed ADHD. He discusses how it is possible to come away from an unsuccessful early career through understanding oneself. He further discusses how he leveraged ADHD during his college career and professional life to think associatively rather than linearly and how this benefitted his career as a successful software engineer that designs blockchain. Responsible for building intuitive customer experiences across the organizations travel service while implementing the basic elements and protocols of software engineering/programming with an agile team, and leading change. Worked with modern programming language such as C#, Java, Javascript/ReactJS/NodeJS, Go, Python. Used software development best practices for design and coding. Continuously improved the code quality, maintainability and readability. Now works in modern BlockChain Devolpment.
