Young of us and youths with social fright dysfunction own an impolite and persistent fright of social and/or performance scenarios similar to college, parties, athletic activities, and more. They are extraordinarily jumpy that they might be able to even discontinuance something embarrassing, or others will assume badly of them. These childhood persistently certainly feel "on stage," which is able to lead to a colossal deal of self-consciousness, atomize, and avoidance. Some childhood are easiest scared of speaking or performing in public, while others fright and withhold away from a huge form of social scenarios.

“One of the strangest and saddest phenomena of psychological life is that there are parents, too many parents, who end up – while sometimes only half realising it – bullying their own children.
The bullying may take many forms. Why do parents bully their children? In short, in order to try to feel better about themselves. Because they suffer intensely in the very same area that they are bullying their child in. If we, as children, want to know what our parents were afraid of or haunted by, we only need to ask: in what areas did they bully me? What did they make me feel scared or inadequate about? Someone made them feel awful and they surmise – by twisted logic – that they will feel better through the process of making their own child feel very bad indeed; they aren’t doing it personally, the child is collateral damage to a misguided project of healing and attenuation of symptoms. It doesn’t make any sense of course, but it may actually work for the parent, for a time.”
We might think back to our pasts and give our carers a score out of ten to measure how things went. It isn’t unfair or mean sometimes – in the privacy of our own minds – to hold people to account. Finish the sentence, “My Parent made me’ below and give each a score out of 10.
My parent made me:
– feel deeply loved and wanted.
– Was often highly attuned to what I actually felt
– Was able to tolerate a degree of innocent disobedience
– Was authentically happy about my success
– Lacked sadistic impulses
– Avoided imposing too many of their own issues on me
– Didn’t demand to be admired
– Wasn’t too exciting
– Knew how to play
– Had boundaries
– Tolerated dissent
– Took an interest in my ‘small’ joys and pains
We don’t need a score of a hundred and twenty to be robust, but if things were to drop much below sixty, there might be grounds for a good deal of reflection and sorrow.

Join the QueenBeeing Universibee – the online learning and evolution center for narcissistic abuse survivors. You’ll really thrive when you join this hive! Join up at today! Are you just sad, or could you be clinically depressed? I’ve been there – if you stick around through the end of the video, I’ll tell you my story.
Do you go on living with sadness, working every day and dealing with the dull, lingering pain of a narcissist’s abuse? Do you find yourself feeling miserable, devastated, unable to function or even suicidal?
What you need to know: If your depression lasts longer than a few days, you might be dealing with what doctors call clinical depression – and if that’s the case, you need to take action.
If you just deal and stay depressedd, the condition is just going to stick around until your life becomes a living hell. How Is Clinical Depression Different from Sadness?
The answer is complex. And, your life may depend on it.
More importantly, clinical depression isn’t something that can be worked through without help – but it can be treated with a number of options that you can discuss with your doctor.
Some forms of depression can go undetected and cause problems in your lifestyle. Major depression is usually accompanied by a complete inability to find any pleasure in life.
Next week, I’ll do a series on how to overcome depression during your narcissistic abuse recovery – stay tuned!

Part two of the series ADHD Social Awkwardness and Social Skills. Pardon me while I expose my own awkward, insulting, feelings-hurting mishaps caused by my ADHD MOUTH.
If you'd like to assess your own social skills, here is a checklist (also available on the CHADD webpage.) (CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder))
ASSESSMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS
Interviews and self-report questionnaires are the primary tools for assessing social skill deficits and interpersonal interaction problems in adults with ADHD. During the course of a diagnostic evaluation for ADHD (see What We Know #9, “Diagnosis of ADHD in Adults”), a mental health professional will thoroughly assess the social interactions of the adult. When questionnaires are used, it is important to include both a self-report by the individual with ADHD and reports by spouses, significant others, and friends on a comparable version of the questionnaire.
The questionnaire may include the following types of items:
-Difficulty paying attention when spoken to, missing pieces of information
-Appears to ignore others
-Difficulty taking turns in conversation (tendency to interrupt frequently)
-Difficulty following through on tasks and/or responsibilities
-Failure to use proper manners
-Missed social cues
-Disorganized lifestyle
-Sharing information that is inappropriate
-Being distracted by sounds or noises
-Become flooded or overwhelmed, shutting down
-Disorganized or scattered thoughts
-Rambling or straying off topic during conversations
-Ending a conversation abruptly

Official Trailer #1 (2016) The Adderall Diaries - James Franco, Amber Heard Movie HD
Elliott is a writer who has been hampered by past failures, substance abuse, relationship problems, and serious father issues. His cracked-out account of a bizarre murder trial is less than the sum total of its parts. The 2007 murder trial of Hans Reiser began when his friend Sean Sturgeon confessed to several murders, but not the murder of Reiser. Elliott is caught up in the film-ready twist. He also confesses to Sturgeon's tenuous connection (they share a BDSM circle). This makes for a bizarre record of proceedings. It is a self-indulgent, scattered romp through the mind and emotions of a depressive narcissist who is obsessed with his childhood traumas and insecurities.
