1. Focus – It’s more than simply not being able to pay attention. This can mean that you find it difficult to pay attention to others, miss details, fail to complete projects or tasks, and become easily distracted.
2. ADHD is characterized by hyperfocus – A person with ADHD may become so focused on one thing that they lose sight of everything else around them. Hyperfocus can lead to a loss of track of time and a tendency to ignore others in their lives.
3. ADHD can cause disorganization. It could be something small or large they need to organize. This could include prioritising tasks and keeping track of them.
4. ADHD sufferers are more likely to forget than others. This can lead to a loss of career opportunities or even a breakup. You may also forget where something was put.
5. Impulsive – An ADHD person may be impulsive and buy things when they shop, even if they don’t have the money. Impulsive behavior can also include interrupting others, being inappropriate socially, and acting without thinking or rushing to complete tasks.
6. Anxiety – Anxiety can be a common symptom of ADHD
.7. Low self-image – ADHD sufferers are often critical of their appearance. These people may see themselves as a failure or underachieving person.
8. Emotional problems – A person with ADHD may become bored easily. They can also look for excitement in life and can experience mood swings.
