How can my The Drink Less Method help?

What hypnosis does is naturally flattens the snow.

So the deeply worn tracks disappear, and suddenly the sled can travel in different directions, exploring new landscapes and literally creating new pathways.

When the snow is freshest, the mind is most impressionable, and the slightest nudge can powerfully affect its future course, enabling your brain to create new, healthier paths.

During the hypnosis state, you receive subtle powerful suggestions that help you create new memories and new healthier behavior patterns.

That replace the old ones that drive your unconscious desire to drink!

The bottom line is that hypnosis is a fast-track solution to drinking less without having to delve into your past or figure out why.

Because hypnosis removes the unconscious association between alcohol as the way to relax and unwind at the end of a hard day’s work.

Or the unconscious association between alcohol and social confidence…

Or the unconscious association between alcohol and all the other triggers that can lead to an uncontrollable desire to drink…

Consequently when someone doesn’t feel the urge to drink, they do not have to rely on willpower, nor do they feel that alcohol is being withheld from them…

This is my BIG passion to helps those who want to drink less!

He told me as soon as the wedding service was over that day we were heading back to the city.

He was silent all day, and on top of that, my boss was ignoring me.

I wanted to crawl into a hole and die that day because I knew I had to do something about my drinking. I just couldn’t put it off anymore…

It was terrifying to imagine my life without my delicious wine.

I kept thinking to myself, “there must be a way to learn how to drink less“.

There must be a way to get some sense of positive control over my drinking.

Because I knew that if it came down to it…

I just didn’t want to quit.

Truth be told, I had searched online many times for a ‘drink less’ approach…

But all I found were detox hospitals, years of therapy and alcohol addiction clinics.

I knew those things weren’t for me, but I just couldn’t get my head around what to do and where to go.

Even my 14 year old son was critical of my drinking, which ironically made me hide my wine.

I often stashed a secret bottle of wine as a backup and pretended there was only one…

But I knew I was drinking two!

Who was I kidding?

Anxiety does not originate in your thoughts, even though that's the common belief. Feelings of anxiety (as well as anxiety disorders like generalized anxiety disorder) actually manifest in your body. Few know this better than MedCircle Certified Educator Dr. Kristy Lamb, who is double board certified in both psychiatry and family medicine. In this interview, she breaks down the 3 tiers of anxiety in your body & how to spot them.

She also answers:
How do we spot the type of anxiety we're experiencing?
What are the effects of these levels of anxiety on our physical and mental health?
When we're experiencing anxiety, which tier do we focus on coping with first?
What should we actually do when we're experiencing one of these tiers of anxiety?
