What is test anxiety exactly?

This is what you can imagine. You spend most of your night studying for your math test. You feel great! You feel good! You feel confident. You feel confident the next day, but you start feeling nervous when it comes time to take that quiz. It's difficult to think clearly and you forget everything you have learned.

You feel sick! You feel dizzy and start to sweat. You know you are going to fail the quiz and that you will have to quit school. You will be dissatisfied!

This has ever happened to anyone? You may have experienced text anxiety.
