A guided meditation: LET GO of anxiety, fear, and worries, and open up to Harmony, Inner Peace, and Healing. Does worrying drain your energy and take away your ability to be present and truly enjoy life? Do you want to stop the fear, stress, or anxiety that can build up from negative thinking? Imagine letting go of 50% of your worries and fears? How good would you feel? Imagine letting go of 80% of them? What would you appreciate the most about that kind of freedom? Allow yourself to LET GO in a safe and natural way - Heal and Transform energy that does not serve you anymore. Like a tree in autumn lets go of the leaves naturally, effortlessly and inevitably...

► Full album with 5 tracks available on iTunes ► K

This guided meditation is created with Unconditional Love because I care about you. I really do. I don´t need to know you to care. You deserve all the good in life.

Music is tuned to 432Hz and contains 4hzTheta binaural beats. Listen with headphones if you want the benefit of the binaural beats. Go old school; no Bluetooth. Wires only. Keep your brain unfried, raw, and healthy.

POWERTIP: Listen daily for 28 days in a row for best results. Repetition reinforces the healing. Experience says that new neurological signals "stick" after 28 days of continuous reinforcement.

It is time to Love fully, Live Fully, and Shine Your Beautiful Light.

In Gratitude & Kindness,
Kenneth :)

What's The Difference Between Anxiety And An Anxiety Disorder?

What’s the difference between normal every day anxiety and an anxiety disorder?
#anxiety #anxietydisorders

At what point does feeling anxious become an indicator of something deeper going on?

In this video I’m going to be explaining how and why everyday anxiety becomes an anxiety disorder and what we can do to stop it happening.

I’m Tim Box. I’m a mind coach and for the last 12 years or so, I’ve been working with people to help them overcome all sorts of emotional and psychological issues, and in particular helping them get control of anxiety.

Many of you clicking on this video have stumbled across what I do via the TED talk a gave a couple of years ago entitled ‘how to stop feeling anxious about anxiety’.
In that talk I suggest that the main reason we become excessively anxious is because we’ve been told anxiety is an illness rather than just an emotional response.

I have a lot of people messaging me asking if the advice in the TED talk is purely for those experiencing ‘normal’ anxiety or if it also applies to people with anxiety disorders.

In this video I answer that question.

Chapters:
00: 00 – Introduction
00: 39 – About my TED talk

These are the top 5 best prescription weight loss medications on the market. These weight loss meds actually work and I've personally used them on many patients with success.

I've been helping people lose weight for a long time and over the years I've been able to test many different weight loss medications. I've found that while there are many prescription weight loss medications available, only a handful actually work very well.

In this video, I will walk you through the top 5 best prescription weight loss medications available on the market, which ones I prefer to use, what you can expect while using them, how they work, and more.

Before you jump in, make sure you understand that while prescription weight loss medications can be very effective, you should never just use them by themselves. If you are serious about weight loss you should combine these weight loss medications with other changes such as adjusting your diet, reducing your stress, exercising daily, and balancing your other hormones.

If your plan is to jump on one of these medications and lose a bunch of weight, it's probably not going to happen!

But these medications can be very effective if used correctly and if combined with a healthy lifestyle.

The top 5 best prescription medications for weight loss include:

#1. Saxenda/Victoza
Saxenda is FDA approved for weight loss and is probably the single most effective medication on this list.

#2. Invokana/Farxiga
Invokana and Farxiga are not FDA approved for weight loss but they can help. They work by helping your body eliminate or pee out sugar from your kidneys.

#3. Naltrexone
Naltrexone is a part of one FDA approved weight loss medication known as Contrave. Naltrexone is not as effective as the others but it is very safe.

#4. Metformin
Metformin is commonly used to treat diabetes but it does have some weight loss benefits. Don't expect much from metformin though because many people are already taking it.

#5. Phentermine
Phentermine helps with weight loss by reducing your appetite and increasing up your metabolism. It only works if it is used correctly, however, so don't just jump on it without understanding how to use it.

featured image

Dr. Kaia Calbeck offers treatment for anxiety. This presentation explains how to treat children suffering from testing anxiety. Anxiety can be a result of the Fear family.

Fear is a sign that a person recognizes a threat to their environment. People can keep themselves safe by recognizing dangers in their environment.

Anxiety can be caused by an inappropriate assessment of the threats and/or assuming that negative outcomes will occur.

Dr. Calbeck uses CBT to help clients distinguish between unproductive anxiety and reasonable fears.
