Being someone that gets easily distracted due to my ADHD I am always seeking for new tips and software that can help me be more productive and focused throughout the day.

So I recently found a cool feature on my phone that has helped me be more focused and productive throughout the day that I would like to share with you and teach you how to do it so you can be focused all day even if you have ADHD.
