There are many strengths that go along with our ADHD symptoms. There are many strengths that you can express and which ones you might have. It all depends on your individual situation.
To be clear, ADHD is NOT a legitimate disorder. I’m not suggesting that we should avoid treatment. I’m on Vyvanse and believe in multimodal treatment to help us overcome our challenges and find our strengths.
