OVERWHELMED! 8 Techniques to Break through the Paralysis
Bonnie Mincu – Overwhelm is one of the greatest problems experienced by people with ADHD, yet one of the most overlooked. Because feelings of overwhelm are not visible to others, overwhelm is not accorded the recognition given to behavioral traits such as lateness, disorganization and procrastination. However, a great deal of the visible problems among ADHD people are a result of those individuals being paralyzed by overwhelm. This session will teach techniques for breaking out of “overwhelm,” the mental state experienced when one’s brain is flooded with thoughts and information, creating mental paralysis in many with ADHD.

Bonnie Mincu, founder of “Thrive with ADD” is a Senior Certified ADHD Coach for Attention Deficit Disorder Adults. Bonnie became an ADHD Coach following 20+ years in corporate management, coaching, training and consulting. After leaving her position with a large consulting firm in 1999, she discovered that without the fast-paced structure and deadlines she was accustomed to, she was having trouble focusing on building her business.
Super Sensitivity & Super Stress: The ADHD Empath Connection

In this 1 Hour Webinar Tara McGillicuddy will talk about the connection between having ADHD and being an Empath. She will talk about what it means to be an Empath and what some of the signs are that you may be one. 1.2% of the adult population in Singapore suffer from Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) at some time in their lifetime. The essential feature of GAD is a general feeling of excessive anxiety and worry that is difficult to control. These feelings are not related to any specific event or object but may be about a number of events and activities. They are often accompanied by other symptoms like restlessness, fatigue, irritability, or disturbed sleep. GAD can be chronic and recurrent in nature, impair family life, and reduces social adjustment and functioning. Typically, GAD develops over a period of time and may not be noticed until it is significant enough to cause problems with functioning. Learn more about GAD in this video.
