Why do I accomplish some of my To-Dos, but delay, avoid, dread, and procrastinate over others? My problem was always me. It turned out that it wasn't.

It was frustrating. It was frustrating. I would put off urgent, important or meaningful tasks until the end of the day. I would then promise, "I'll get it done tomorrow... Or one the first... Or
."
It was hard to understand why I would avoid doing simple tasks and do other tasks fast and easily. Even gladly!

I was then able to identify simple reasons why I was putting off certain tasks while I could easily complete others. They weren't all the same task. These were not simple tasks. These were more than just a list of To-Dos. They were a series of tasks. These distinctions made a huge difference in my life. It will do the same for you, I'm sure.

Kevin Lam's parents never told him he was diagnosed with ADHD as a child. They might not have told him if it wasn't for something Kevin, 23,, noticed at a family gathering.

Kevin is still learning about ADHD and the symptoms he experiences: hyperactivity, fidgeting and difficulty focusing. He also has some "aha" moments during the interview. Is ADHD really a problem for him? He also discusses the stigma surrounding ADHD in Mexico and how that contributed to his diagnosis being kept secret.

Adderall is classified as an amphetamine that is highly addictive. Although it can be prescribed for ADHD patients, students at university and colleges are known to abuse the drug. Because it enhances concentration and causes intense invigoration, Adderall is known as the "study drug". This video explains how Adderall works in the brain and body.

This video should also be focused on the mental health aspect. Research has shown that Adderall is often prescribed to students who are stressed. We want students to be able to recognize the dangers of Adderall. We can help students manage stress and help them fight addiction.
