Hi Everyone!
In this video I wanted to address something that was always bugging me about some of the answers, that I was getting prior to getting a proper adult ADHD treatment – the idea that you can treat it without any medication.
I absolutetly agree, that many of the techniques recommended in these circles are terrific for increasing the quality of your life, but they are the answer to a different problem.
