It seems like a paradox: we prescribe stimulants for kids who are hyperactive. This approach becomes much more logical once we have a better understanding of ADHD's neurobiology.
My personal experience with Concerta and ADHD after 15 years of daily use.
As I was scrolling down the YouTube feed, I stumbled upon people who described their experiences with Concerta and Ritalin.
So I decided to add my personal experience with the medication and share it with you.

People with social anxiety disorder may feel fear from being around a group of people, from one on one encounters, or even from imagining being around others.
