How often do you feel anxiety over time? Are you feeling anxious, rushed and stressed because there isn't enough time? Or because the time seems to fly by too fast? This video is most likely showing that you are feeling anxious about time.

These thoughts create a vicious cycle of thought that makes you feel worthless and not good enough. You'll always be like this and it won't get better.

You can have time anxiety in one or both of these ways:
- You feel like you are behind in your life.
- This can be a feeling that you don't have enough at a certain age or that you have wasted your time in the past

- You feel like there isn’t enough time to achieve your goals or make up the time you lost.
- Feeling hopeless and overwhelmed can cause you to feel helpless.
