I would roll my eyes every time someone said “early to bed, early to rise keeps man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” This would be something I heard all the time. I tried several times to become a morning person, but it was impossible for me to change my body into a morning person.

This video is my attempt to show you how I managed to get up 30 every day without missing a single day. The bigger question is whether this would change my opinion about early mornings, and if Benjamin Franklin’s famous quote would make me “healthier, wealthier and wiser.”
