My response after reading the recent #NYTimes article about the young man that killed himself after becoming addicted to ADHD medication. Treating #ADHD with medication can be extremely beneficial and safe. However, doctors needs to take a more cautious and thoughtful role when prescribing these medications. In many cases no testing is done and doctors are only relying on what patients tell them, which means these symptoms can be very easily faked. What can we do to prevent abuse? Here is a video that talks about my opinion and what family members and doctors can do to prevent this from happening again?

Just a quick description on me and a little of my story I will do an in depth video based on the questions I am asked. I have just taken my first tablet after 10 years of my being on anything. Please feel free to ask questions and I will try and upload a link to a Facebook group I set up a while ago called ADHD share I think.
