This is not a film about social anxiety. To be scientifically correct, I created separate films for each anxiety disorder. I will take a break from this film, however, as it completely drains me.
Youtube videos are overwhelmingly about anxiety, which is quite inaccurate. There are several anxiety disorders, including panic attacks, social anxiety and specific phobias. Each of these disorders is different and each one deserves its own video.
I want to thank everyone who sent me emails about their anxiety disorders. Without your support, I couldn't have created this.
