Whenever I wasn’t in panic I would still obsess over each and every breath. Making sure that everything was normal and made sense. This kind of obsessive worrying obviously created and fueled the symptoms I feared. It’s the typical vicious cycle of anxiety.
Normal tasks seemed to cause breathlessness and my mind couldn’t stop consciously controlling my breathing. It kept me up at night and was a reason for my insomnia.
Unfortunately there isn’t really and quick fix for this or most of the other anxiety symptoms but there are certain tips and tricks that certainly helped me.
