Monthly Layout with Budget Overview
2023 : 12-Month Planner. Month spreads each hold space to lay down your monthly budget. Stay on track with 5 rows for income, 12 rows for fixed payments, and 8 rows for variable monthly expenses. Note your budgeted expectations at the beginning of the month, along with your remaining balance for mindful spending. This may feel uncomfortable at first, but it is helpful to know when and how to adjust your sails. At the end of the month, note your actuals – then plan for the following month.
Weekly Layout with Habit Menu and To-Do List
Weekly Layout with Habit Menu and To-Do List
This layout was carefully developed to assist the ADHD mind. I pulled the things I love from multiple planners I have tried over time to create this all-in-one concept. The blank sections are for notes, doodles, or whatever your beautiful mind needs it for. It is also intentionally blank for the purpose of folding over the monthly budget section for a full look at all the goods without flipping pages…without confusion or distraction. See your month layout, week layout, budget overview, and to-do list. Brilliant! Simply unfold to utilize the left page habit menu. Post-Its are our friends, each weekly spread has a space for these magical buddies. The running to-do list is my go-to method of brain dumping. The fold over concept continues with the to-do list.
Weekly View with Benefits
The Running To-Do List is Equal to or Greater Than the Brain Dump
The Running To-Do List is equal to or greater than the Brain Dump… Our brains run like a race car with scooter breaks. Having one space to write down all the things that pop up along the way is for sure greater than finding the correct category to note. Rarely do all the to-dos from one week to the other not carry through the weeks and months ahead. I planned this layout to not only fold to support viewing the month, budget and week at once, but to also be able to view the running to-do list from previous weeks. Use the habit menu to create your intentional time to sort out the whens and wheres – while not losing sight of things when the pages turn. You got this!
Expense Ledger for Budget Tracking
Give Yourself the Gift of Budget Awareness
If I had a dollar for every time I had no idea what was going on, I would be like – ‘Where is all this money coming from?’ -Unknown
When I first saw this quote, I felt completely seen and found it hilarious because of how silly and true it is. Unfortunately, we don’t get paid this way and even worse it’s pretty much the opposite effect without mindful financial awareness. Along with your monthly budget planning, there are 12 pages of ledger in the back of the book. It’s like your Grandma’s check book, but not tiny or separate from all other modes of executive function survival guides. I’m 40, and I remember the time when people weren’t pissed off at the nice lady writing a check at the grocery store. I miss the slower pace of the world that I sponged up as a kid. Since coming to grips that time being a thing of the past, just get that receipt and take advantage of the habit menu to slow down your own paces, in your own time. Be sure to note your monthly expenses as if they were a check waiting to clear.

#Caffeine and ADHD: How Do Caffeinated Drinks Affect #ADHD
The most common treatment for ADHD is stimulant therapy. These drugs can improve your focus and attention span and help control impulsive behavior.
The most widely used stimulant, and the most popular drug in the world, is caffeine. It's in coffee, tea, chocolate, soda, and other foods.
A few studies have looked at how caffeine can affect ADHD symptoms, but the results have been mixed. Even though caffeine is a stimulant, it's not generally recommended as a treatment for ADHD because it hasn't proved to be as effective as prescription medications.
How It Works
Stimulants, including caffeine, raise the amount of specific chemicals that your brain uses to send signals. One of these is dopamine. It's linked to pleasure, attention, and movement.
When you have ADHD, doctors often prescribe stimulants to help you feel more calm and focused. Some researchers believe that because studies show the caffeine in tea can improve alertness and concentration, it might work for ADHD, too.
Some scientists think caffeine has potential as an ADHD treatment because of its effect on dopamine levels, which improved memory and attention in rats. In another study, when hyperactive rats were given caffeine before they went through a maze, they got better at it. This suggests caffeine can improve spatial learning. While these studies are interesting, rats aren't people.
The Downside
More than 400 milligrams of caffeine is more likely to cause problems including:
Migraine headaches
Insomnia
Irritability
Upset stomach
