At the age of 30, I was diagnosed with ADHD Inattentive. I learned that struggles I have had my entire life were actually symptoms of ADHD and I had absolutely no clue.

Many of these symptoms I attributed to me being lazy or I was just a messy slob and there's nothing I can do about it! But in fact, there was a reason for many of the things I have had issues with.
