My ADHD days are challenging and sometimes awkward. Often it involes being late. But, that stopped with the simple tips I share towards the end of the video. (This isn’t a trick to keep you watching, it’s just, everything before that is much funnier.) Ha.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a type of psychiatric disorder. It mostly appears in children. In some cases, the symptoms disappear with the passage of time. forever this disorder may persist in adolescence and adulthood and we also call it adult ADHD.
ADHD in adults usually to man undiagnosed due to the lack of awareness
The major symptoms in adults with ADHD are inattention and impulsivity. The Hyperactivity that is part of ADHD in children is usually not present in adults.
the diagnosis of ADHD in adults is sometimes difficult because the symptoms can overlap with anxiety disorders and depressive disorders. the diagnostic tests and the questionnaires are also available to help the diagnosis of a d h d in adults. A careful interview by a psychiatrist or the clinical psychologist is required
