6 Tips To Treat Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

Once upon a time, anxiety was critical for keeping us alive. It is now a side effect of low-level, chronic threats that can leave many people in constant anxiety.

Generalized anxiety disorder patients feel anxious and tense over situations that would not normally concern them. It can be daunting for therapists to treat clients with this disorder.

This video will share some of the simple steps I use to help people with GAD. I discuss how generalized ‘potential threats’ in media can cause anxiety (0: 52),, but if you prefer to skip to the first tip, this starts at 3: 24.
