The School of Life App is a digital resource for making time for your mental wellbeing. It gathers the very best of our teaching – our films, essays, audio lessons, practical exercises and interactive media – making them available on your phone or device whenever and wherever you need them. It’s a tool for understanding more about yourself, making positive life-changes, and discovering the elements of better mental health and emotional maturity.
“Your app is brilliant. You’ve clearly worked hard on it and it shows. Currently loving everything about it: bite size snippets, ability to save for later, home page not being never-ending, so it feels like you can complete it daily” – Sapna
