Research has shown that ADHD people have difficulty with balance and don’t know where they are in relation to the environment. This is a long-standing fact. As opposed to people who aren’t on the autism spectrum or with adhd.
Postural Sway is the term. Postural sway refers to your ability to balance while learning to ride a bicycle or to maintain your balance on a moving subway train.
