My ADHD brain made it difficult for me to learn at school. It was difficult because I couldn’t understand the concept and I couldn’t discipline myself enough to follow the study tips.

I searched for study tips to help me with ADHD learning styles for years. I was able to find them over the years.

These are the study tips I want to share with you, so you don’t have too many problems finding study strategies that work for ADHD. This video will share 5 of my favorite study techniques for ADHD brain. These are the same ones I used in college and medical school. This video will show you which are the best, and how to use them daily in school so that your ADHD can be treated.
