These are all signs and symptoms of depression.
It’s perfectly normal to identify symptoms of a condition on TikTok. However, many conditions share the same symptoms. Talking to a counselor, psychologist, or doctor about any symptoms is a good idea.
Sometimes ADHD and depression look very similar.
Particularly from the outside.
