Those of us with ADHD spend too much energy feeling guilty about our impossibly long to-do lists. The majority of to-do lists grow in length, making it difficult for us to be accountable for our time and feel guilty about how long they are. It is a good idea to create a new list every day, a "to-do" list. List whatever you did that day. Did you feed the cat? It should be added to the list. Do you need groceries? It should be added to the list. That list, at the end of each day, is our receipt of our time and proof of our accomplishments.
